Standard Delivery
For deliveries within Ireland, north and south, parcels will be shipped on a standard 2 working day service or next working day if ordered before 11am and the option is selected at checkout.
For deliveries to the UK mainland, excluding highlands and islands, parcels will be shipped on a standard 2 working day service or next working day if ordered before 11am and the option is selected at checkout.
*Please note that some longer (over 1500mm long) and non conveyable products may be subject to a surcharge levied by the shipping company for longer items, this will be applied at checkout. Deliveries for these items can take up to 4 working days.
Next Working Day Delivery
Next working day delivery is available on tools for orders placed before 11am. Orders placed after 11am will be delivered the following working day.
If your item(s) are over 1500mm long and non conveyable items and you’re in Northern Ireland or Ireland, deliveries can take between 1-4 working days.
We regret that items over 1500mm long and non conveyable items are not currently available to send to Mainland UK via next working day delivery.
(Working days are Monday – Friday.)
Pallet Delivery
Pallet deliveries will be dependent upon pallet weight and delivery address.

Collection
For nearby customers we offer a click and collect service from our store in Martinstown. This service is only available for customers in Northern Ireland. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm and Saturday 9am – 12 noon. Please wait until you have received email confirmation that your order is ready to collect, before you make your way to our store.
